Requirements: -Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer, Spinning or Textile Engineering. 機械、化學(xué)工程、工業(yè)工程、聚合物、紡紗或紡織工程專業(yè)本科或碩士以上學(xué)歷。 -At least 5 years of relevant working experience in complex and continuous operations. (Oil and gas, polymer and/or fibre manufacturing process are preferred). 5年以上復(fù)雜和連續(xù)操作的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。(石油和天然氣，聚合物和/或纖維制造工藝優(yōu)先)。 -Possess strong logical and critical thinking skills. 具備較強的邏輯和批判性思維能力。 -Possess good knowledge of and able to uphold EHS, quality and reliability requirements in the operating environment. 具備良好的知識，并能夠在操作環(huán)境中堅持EHS，質(zhì)量和可靠性要求。 -Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience in leading small teams is an advantage. 良好的人際交往和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團隊的經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 -Basic English reading and writing ability. 基本的英文讀寫能力。
