Main Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
? Develop sound marketing strategies and effectively lead a team to:?
Formulate and implement overall marketing strategies?制定有效益的綜合市場(chǎng)策略,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)市場(chǎng)部團(tuán)隊(duì)
- Develop and direct overall marketing plans including advertising, public relations programs and road show etc. to enhance the image of TPSD range.制定綜合市場(chǎng)計(jì)劃:包括廣告,公關(guān),路演等來(lái)提升沱牌舍得酒業(yè)產(chǎn)品系列的形象
- Plan and execute the customer relationship program and promotion plan to support business objectives for retail and AFH business.制定并執(zhí)行CRM客戶關(guān)系管理計(jì)劃來(lái)支持并達(dá)成總體業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)
- Oversee the evaluations of market reactions and market research.?監(jiān)控市場(chǎng)評(píng)估,市場(chǎng)反應(yīng)和市場(chǎng)調(diào)研
- Direct merchandise management in all channels to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness, including forecasting, pricing and marketing models. 制定在不同銷(xiāo)售渠道中的產(chǎn)品陳列方案,提高市場(chǎng)效益方案:包括預(yù)測(cè),價(jià)格,和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)運(yùn)模式
- Supervise sales team to develop and execute a consistent brand presentation in all communications.?指導(dǎo)銷(xiāo)售隊(duì)伍貫切執(zhí)行一致性品牌和宣傳策略
? Product portfolio management 產(chǎn)品組合管理
- Initiate and participate in the product portfolio strategy and new product development and launch to support overall business. 參與產(chǎn)品組合策略及新品研發(fā)上市,支持整體業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。
- Work closely with sales, technical and production team to develop product innovation to maximize regional / local seasonal opportunities.?與銷(xiāo)售,技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)意充分把握區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售季節(jié)機(jī)遇

- Lead, train and develop a high performing marketing and merchandising team and relationship. ? University degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.?大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷,主修市場(chǎng),傳媒或相關(guān)學(xué)科
? Excellent knowledge of marketing and brand building, with strong track record of success. 優(yōu)異市場(chǎng)管理和品牌建立專業(yè)知識(shí),通過(guò)職業(yè)生涯紀(jì)錄證明
? Strategic thinking with strong commercial sense and business acumen.
