1.Scope of work: Deputy Production Manager reports to the Startup Manager of MDI logistics project (MLP) from client, to provide the services as required by client to support MLP, covering engineering support, preparation and execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup (including performance test and acceptance of MLP), and the post startup work like trouble-shooting and stabilizing of the operation, and the closing-up of the ammonia and cold warehouse systems and the drumming lines. In specific, it includes but is not limited to support of the following. The client is entitled to make amendment when necessary. ?Serves as interface with Engineering in particular subject as assigned; ?Old SOP tidying up for existing Logistics Facility in D300; ?Preparation of Operational SOPs for MLP; ?Preparation of commissioning and startup SOPs; ?Preparation of tools, consumables, etc. that is necessary for the commissioning & startup; ?Support of Training of personnel; ?Documentation; ?Other work assigned by Startup Manager. 2.The requirement to the position:
?Have good knowledge and experience in Chemical process. ?Have knowledge in Commissioning and Startup of a new chemical plant, or experiences similar. Knowledge and experience in Cold warehouses, drumming machines and Stack Storage is a plus. ?English capability, can read/write/speak English at work ?Good learning capability ?Can phrase content in a clear, concise and accurate manner in writing. ?Flexible working hours is required to fit to MLP actual schedule.
